• Wallpaper may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery if unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

• Custom or special-order items are final sale and cannot be returned.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

• Paper Company is not responsible for wallpaper installation. We recommend hiring a professional installer.

• We are not liable for damages caused during installation or removal of wallpaper.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Paper Company is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.

• Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
